Sam and the griz

Last week Sam and I road tripped south through Montana into the sunny lands of my home state to visit my folks in their new home. After all the health issues Sam had this last year, I am happy to report he drove true and strong over every one of the 600 or so miles -- even the ones fraught with flashing warnings of an unusual road hazard. I am also happy to report neither Sam nor the grizzly met any harm.
